Open Position: Shipper
Location: Jay Store – 697 Glen Rd. Jay, NY 12941
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary Range: $19-22 / hour
Hours: 7am – 3:30pm or 8:30am –5pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipper to join our logistics team. The Shipper will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Core Responsibilities:
o Pick, pack & prepare orders for shipment
o Verify details and ensure accuracy in labeling& documentation.
o Inspect materials for quality control before shipping.
o Wrap & strap materials to protect the material and allow for safe shipping.
o Load trucks for delivery using equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
o Follow safety protocols & maintain a clean working environment.
Position Requirements:
o Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Ability to lift 80lbs & preform physically demanding tasks.
o Strong attention to detail & time management skills
o Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
o Previous Forklift operating experience preferred
o Must enjoy being active & outside.
