Delivery
In order to improve our efficiency and keep our trucks rolling we'd appreciate the following:
- The order rides on the next truck that is coming to your area.
- Minimum of $200 order (anything can ride on the truck: lumber, hardware, pet food, gardening supplies, etc, to help reach the minimum requirement) plus delivery charge.
- Order is prepaid to avoid delays in our delivery route truck on the day of delivery. Payment may be made by credit card at time of order, credit card left on file, check sent in advance, or order and payment processed through our eBarn.
In order to improve our efficiency and keep our trucks rolling we'd appreciate the following:
- Any other feed sale will carry a flat delivery charge based on your location.
- All other farm related products including hay, Chaffhaye, shavings, bedding pellets, fencing, etc as well as lumber, building materials, hardware, paint and anything else Ward Lumber sells, may ride for free with a qualifying feed order.
- Help on-site at the time of delivery for orders of more than 10 bags and bales of any one product is expected.
- A full pallet discount is available for 40 bags of the same product.
- We send reminder emails early in the week. Please send us an email or call to request to be added to the list for the reminder email.
Winter Delivery Policy
We ask you to be aware that our delivery policy changes in the winter months - for the safety of both our drivers and our customers!
Please note that customers will be responsible for half of any towing expenses that are incurred due to poor driveway conditions during winter deliveries. Please make necessary preparations in advance of your delivery to ensure that we can access your driveway. If your driveway isn't going to be accessible, please communicate an alternate delivery location when you place your order.
Ward Lumber are happy to offer feed deliveries every other week at no charge during winter, and we thank you for your help in keeping your driveway accessible so that our deliveries run smoothly for you and other customers who rely on this free feed delivery service!
