Using a loose adaptation of the Square Foot Gardening method, Jay grows a variety of vegetables in raised beds on his farm in Jay. Favorite veggies to grow include Sungold tomatoes (technically a fruit), carrots, garlic, onions, potatoes, peas, kale and anything else his family will eat.
